  • high gloss (UV) on both sides (not writable)
  • high gloss UV on the front only (writable on the back with most pens)

For rounded corners, multiple sets, additional quantities, faster turnarounds, or special finishes, please contact us to order.

IMPORTANT! Files must be print-ready with the following:

  • Must contain bleed and safe area as follows:
    Bleed: 3.75″x2.25″ / Cut: 3.5″x2″ / Safety: “3.25”x1.75″
  • No borders/frames
  • Blacks must not be oversaturated
  • Fonts must be outlined
  • Images must be embedded
  • Ensure spelling and information is correct
  • Accepted file formats: .pdf, .ai, .eps, .svg

Refunds are not available when the files have been provided to us, and/or approved by customer.

Files that require adjustments or revisions will cause a delay in production turnaround time.

What is the “Setup” cost?

“Setup” is a flat-rate fee which helps us recover only a small portion of the total labour involved in printing, sourcing/ordering, finishing/packing (etc) your products. When additional labour is involved, your set-up fee may be increased. This fee is billed individually (not “built in”) from our product pricing to benefit our customers because it keeps our product prices lower overall.
