Terms for Refunds
Most of our products are printed and produced upon order. There are no refunds for these purchases.
Quality is our priority. Anything we create in-house is checked to our high standards. If you find an error:
a) THAT YOU PROVIDED OR APPROVED - There are no refunds
b) THAT WE MADE AFTER THE FILE WAS APPROVED - We will promptly reprint any in-house products where we are at fault.
Some items are printed at other trade facilities. In this case, if a product that was shipped to us (on your behalf) or directly to you has a defect, let us know immediately after receiving your order (within 5 days if possible). We have no control over third party print services, but we will do our absolute best to have any defected order re-printed promptly. This is analyzed on a case-by-case basis, and we cannot make any guarantees of the outcome. Do know that we are on our customers' side.
Buyers remorse - no refunds.
Wrong size (please read the size descriptions) apparel items can often be exchanged. The item must be returned to me in its original packaging. You must pay for shipping. When I receive the item, and it is in mint condition, I can replace your item with a different size.
Please track your order. If you do not see your order within the estimated shipping time, please contact us. I will do what I can to find out where it is, and try my best to see that the item is sent to you.
